Am in the market to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Visited Osborne Park Jeep on the weekend and spoke with Arjun. He was polite and knowledgeable. We had arranged a potential quote for my existing Jeep as a potential trade in on a new Jeep, will call me on Monday. Seems reasonable. Well no, no call or email even though he has all my details. Where has customer service gone and commitment to follow up. They seem to not care so that’s fine, there are plenty of Jeep dealerships in Perth and am sure they will be better at getting a sale than Osborne Park. Try another dealership and read the reviews on the servicing department. Seems to have issues that are not being addressed.

Had to book my car in for urgent repairs and on short notice Aaron was able to squeeze me in.Aaron was patient and very helpful on the phone and was able to provide a quote for the repairs promptly.Although there are Mycar Tyre and auto’s closer to me, I would rather drive the extra distance and use the Warwick location as my preferred garage.Can’t recommend them enough.
